Alex Maier draws a line on the map along the backbone of entire mountain ranges with the goal of hiking along the ridge line of the range. He’s working with limited information and as with all untested routes, there is a lot of unknown and things rarely go to plan. Remote and unexplored places are quickly disappearing from the planet. Many of us have that romantic desire deep down that wants to go where no one else has gone before, some more than others. This film finds out what happens when we chase that desire.
