A protected Brazilian island through the eyes of its local surfers. Locals of Noronha shows the island known as the Brazilian Hawaii from it’s locals’ point of view. With images of an historic 18-foot swell, the film shows the simple lifestyle of characters who share a unique connection with the sea.
